Eco Dyeing

I decided to have a play today with something that I have been wanting to try.  So I raided my garden which consists of mainly weeds and did some eco printing/dyeing.  Here are the results. Not bad for a first attempt.

Then I decided what else could I do so I used the same method but instead of foliage between the sheets of paper I used shelf liners and doilies.  Here are the results.  More subtle but just as good I think.

Book - Not All Who Wander

Things have been really hectic lately and I have not had much time for crafting but I did manage to get a little book finished.  this little book draws heavily on techniques I learnt at Liz Constable's workshop.

The cover is made from cereal boxes and covered with old maps. The inside pages are made from coffee dyed wallpaper liner paper while the pockets are coffee dyed paper bags.  The tags are also coffee dyed.
